Naloxone Online Order Form
There is NO COST to order naloxone (Narcan).
To make a naloxone request, please fill out this online form or visit us in-person at the ACTION Coalition offices. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
ACTION Coalition will also ship or deliver naloxone orders to individuals or organizations at NO COST within our service area. Each order will include the naloxone medication, one set of gloves, an instruction sheet, and additional resources and information.
